SHIPPING POLICIES  

We ship to all destinations in the US and charge a nominal $7.00 shipping and handling charge. We use the United States Postal Service and ship via USPS Priority Mail or First Class Mail. We ship to the following countries in addition to the United States:

• Australia
• Canada
• United Kingdom

We ship internationally via Global Priority Mail. The shipping charge to Canada is $8.95. The shipping charge to the United Kingdom is $24.95. Shipping charges to Australia are $26.95. Delivery time is expected in 5-7 business days to the United Kingdom and 7-12 business days to Australia.

We will be adding other international destinations in the future. Email us at support@nolannaturalhealthproducts.com at any time to get an updated list of international destinations and pricing. We do our best to ship out products as soon as possible and we use the U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail for all shipping. 

PAYMENT POLICIES

We accept PayPal and VISA, Mastercard, American Express and Discover Credit Cards. In addition, we will accept money orders and personal checks drawn on a US bank. All checks and money orders must have a contact phone number. Orders paid for by money order or personal check will be shipped 10 days after the check or money order arrives in our office.

RETURNS POLICIES

Our products mean success, and we are so confident that we back it up with one of the best guarantees in the industry. Therefore, we offer a 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee!on all unopened products.

We ask you to give our products a minimum one month trial period. For this reason, we do not accept returns until this 30-day period has been completed. However, if for any reasons you are unhappy with any product you have purchased from us, you may return it for a full refund (less shipping and handling) within 90 days from the date your product is shipped. All returns must be in the factory sealed container for refund.The refund policy covers the cost of the product only, it does not cover the cost of shipping and handling.

The refund policy does not cover the cost of shipping and handling but the product only. Any shipping costs that we originally covered will be deducted from the refund amount. We do not refund for the cost of shipping to our offices. Tracking, insurance and delivery confirmation is strongly recommended on all returns. If we did not receive the product back and the customer cannot prove that the product was returned, we will not issue a refund. Proof of delivery can be the delivery confirmation number of the USPS tracking system. 

The product guarantee is not extended to products shipped internationally where proof of delivery cannot be obtained. For example, Global Priority Mail cannot do delivery confirmations for Australia. So, the product guarantees do not extend to products shipped to destinations in Australia.

We allow only one return per product per customer. This is to prevent excessive returns. Customers can order as many products as they would like but we only allow one return for any particular product per customer. Returns will be processed within 5 business days and a refund issued within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued in the same manner as the original purchase payment method. If this payment method is closed for any reason, we will issue a company check as a payment method.

Since we will be discontinuing the Arbonne Skin Care Product Line, all sales are final unless the product was broken during shipment. If you wish to return an Arbonne product, please email us at support@nolannaturalhealthproducts.com.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations must be made before the product ships. If the product has not shipped, a refund will be issued by the same method of payment for the original order charged. If a cancellation is placed after the order has shipped, it is up to the customer to refuse the package or send the package back. Once the package is returned, a full refund will be issued, less shipping and handling charges. All refunds are processed within 5 business days. We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time.

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

All packages returned to us are issued a full refund.

PRIVACY STATEMENT

For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognizes no information regarding the domain or e-mail address. We collect the e-mail address of those who communicate with us by e-mail, aggregate the information on what pages consumers access or visit, user specific information on what pages consumers access or visit and information volunteered by the consumer such as survey information and or site registrations. The information we collect is used for internal review and is then discarded, used to improve the content of our Web page, used to customize the content and/or layout of our page for individual consumers and used by us to contact consumers for marketing purposes. If you do not want to receive e-mail from us in the future, please let us know by sending an e-mail, calling or writing, and telling us that you do not want to receive e-mail from our company.
